Olympics, what Olympics?

Phew, this has been a long week!

Monday was the VMQG February meeting. It was our first meeting at our new venue that required A/V equipment so we got there over an hour early to organize tables, find electrical plugs, etc.

Tuesday was overtime at work, errands and post-meeting paperwork.

Wednesday was more errands. Thursday was more VMQG work, a small thing for the MQG and a block for the VMQG’s opportunity quilt. Friday…I can’t even remember.

Today we went to the vet (for the cats, not for me), I finished the back to my square-within-a-square quilt then we pin basted the quilt.

Tomorrow will be mellow, I think I’ll work on some more opportunity quilt blocks. Monday is the first official day of tax season. I’m not looking forward to it.

  1. You seem to be knee deep into things both at work and the guild. I hope this Sunday has been restful. The colors and contrast of front & back of your quilt is beautiful. Happy quilting!
